Repeatedly called my home for my granddaughter saying legal matter.
Someone called and left the same message as everyone else. I really dont know what they are talking about.
So I get a message from "847-440-2042" at work. Turns out it's a pre-recorded threat message from an unidentified source claiming mediation again me. HOLY WOW I'm sick of these (BEEPING) scam calls. OF COURSE... this isn't the "actual" number to call back. The actual number is 888.366.6059. If you Google it, the company Mediation Account Center comes up. I'm going to report the call (and the phone numbers).
This call went to my block filed, but they were “kind enough” to leave a message stating that there was a breach of contract using my SSN and bank account and they needed to speak to me regarding an upcoming deposition. As I have never been served, and have no open cases, this is clearly a SCAM. I have provided this info including the recording to the FCC scam hotline.
They wouldn't tell me what was it for and them threaten me to take me court.
They called and left treating message said they were searching for myself, and if not contacted then person (spouse) would be considered hiding me. Wtf! They better hope on my worst day they never call me back or my phone or anyone related or friends of mine.. I DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO THREATS!
Today this number called my baby sister which is like 20 years younger than me and told her it was a legal matter something about a breach of contract Definitely a scam I would have never put my baby sister as a contact
Said I best interest for my husband. Never said his name and told me to get to the end of day. It was a recording like a robot calling.
They said it was a legal matter to me as well should I be worried?
