1 I receive this call and this number many times in the past year. Area code is Harbor Springs MI which is a thinly populated in winter months, it is a well known summer-home area. The caller is always the same male voice. English is NOT his first language. He is running some scam. He used to call last year saying he was from Medicare (A clear lie) Now he calls saying he is calling from Healthcare! His name varies, he uses a made up american first name and asks directly for my spouse who has been deceased for more than 7 years! This is a SCAM call !!!
