1 This number has called at peculiar hours, the most obnoxious being Sunday @ 10:43 pm at night. Now, I see tht others have had it worse, with calls in the very early a.m.. Now, normal punksters, scammers, fraudsters and white collar fraudists (aka certain government employees) would call usually within the 9-7 pm bracket in anyone's time zone. So, this 289 # is a special brand of A--hole.Apparently the number is at least facilitated by a company called "Fibernetics Corp".They need to be investigated, litigated & prosecuted, shut down, and spend some quality time north of the tree line chipping rock. Starts with a knock on Fibernetics Corp's door. If they are behind the scam, forget knocking, knock the door down...
