2 I got a call from an Ira Rose. He stated that I had property liens against me and could be facing garnished wages. I asked for more info and he would not tell me. Instead he gave me this number to call. The company is Capital Management. I have gotten many calls from them from numbers in Florida (this one), South Carolina, and Maine. This is 100% a scam. They are attempting to collect money on behalf of a company.
