A quick whois lookup of the first google result "fivestarestimation.com" reveals that it is from Lahore, Pakistan.Here is an excerpt from the email:"Hi, Our construction estimation has the most talented. You have any sort of construction Plans/Drawings you just sent me and I'll get back with an economical service proposal."The cost to build a deck or do electrical (services listed in their email) will be very different from the US to Pakistan.
