1 Stated they were calling to help lower our PECO rates. That's all well and good but we live in NJ and have PSE&G! On top of that this call is originating from NY? Doesn't seem safe to me. Was a telemarketer with a VERY HEAVY Indian accent. Unusual? NOT! I do not think I have spoken to a single telemarketer who did not have an Indian accent and a name like Bob or Tim or Bill (their real name, I think not) except for men calling stating to be collecting for the police or fire department who get downright nasty when I tell them I will donate if they are from our local or state police or fire and they send me the request in the mail. I have given my address to over a dozen of them but have YET to receive anything in the mail although they swear they are sending it. They even try to get you to tell them what form of payment you will be sending if they send you something in the mail. I told them 'Diners Club', lets see what they do with that!
