1 This guy called me claiming to be from the "Civil Processing Unit". He claimed there was a "pre-litigation complaint" against me. This is hilarious. 1) I'm a paralegal. 2) there's no such thing as a "pre-litigation complaint" 3) no one warns you before they file a complaint against you and 4) he is saying that here will be criminal action taken against me, but it's a civil suit. This is a scam. Do not fall for it.
