1 Said that they are calling from CANADA REVENUE AGENCY. This is false, it is a SCAM. Called them back several times today and Indian people with strong accent and little known English picked up, sounded impatient, and had no idea what I called about. Then a Jamaican/ Haitian accented individual picked up the phone and was completely unprofessional and rude, kept yelling and saying that I got emails and mails from CRA (utter lies) and said that I would go to jail and have scary consequences if I don’t give them my name and other personal info. They would not acknowledge that they are a part of Canada’s government, cowards couldn’t get their lies straightened.The only reason I called back in the first place was due to a weird message left by their automated machine, that was their number, and they left a threat.I called them back and complained 5 times, they got tired of me and I hung up telling them that this will not go without being investigated. They messed with the wrong individual.People always protect yourself against scams and never reveal personal information. Report what needs to get reported.
