1 I received a call from an unidentified number, the person spoke in French. I did not understand a single word.

1 this number contacted my phone stating: 'We have Benefits for you that you have not claimed via Insurance company'. The caller asked my name and then proceeds to tell me my own birthday and to state Yes or No and does not mention the insurance carrier. I felt it was phishy so i called the number back and indeed it is - The number rang to a Google Voice account and then a Google subscriber account to leave a message. I left a lengthy message stating I will be contact an attorney on the matter. The caller then texted my phone: 'What, do you mean?'I work with Enterprise companies on a daily and none of them have a Google Voice account.Folks in Washington state be aware of this number/caller and report it accordingly. Remember Capital One had a recent data breach.
