1 Caller ID shows Navient, which is a government chartered debt collector for student loans, spun off from the former Sallie Mae. The recording identifies themselves as Municipal Services Corporation, and the caller as Judy Munoz. They've called here for weeks, each time looking for a different person named "Martha" with different reference IDs for each case. There is no one here connected to whoever they're looking for. Last week, they said they'd remove my number from their database and the calls stopped for a few days. Today, they called again, looking for yet another Martha!
