1 I have been getting continuous calls from an unknown number, whenever I receive them nobody speaks. Is it a scam number?

1 called my old phone which now belongs to my sister saying that the call is regarding a lawsuit against me. When I called back a man answered "Revenue Agency" and when I stated "Hi, my sister received multiple calls from you, I want to know why" he hung up. When I called back the answer was something along the lines of "Canadian Health Services Revenue Agency" which makes a) no fucking sense and b) when I told her I got a missed call, she asked me for my first and last name. I denied that information and said I could provide the phone number of what they kept calling and she said "ma'am without you providing me your information, I cannot help you, have a nice day." and hung up. Scam 1000%. annoyed.
