1 Nobody from Devil's Lake should have my number, so I consider it a SCAM. Lately I've gotten calls from two numbers from local addresses that should have said they were OK to answer, but they weren't. My own local # started speaking in very broken English, so I hung up. The other, thanks to caller ID I just ignored, so there are plenty of SCAMMERS out there.****701-381-2027 is the number I entered. Now it is 701-381-2016, WHY HAS IT BEEN CHANGED????
