1 They say they are a loan companyAsked me to pay forward on a loan that they approved. Did not understand it, but complied. Then said I was not approved. The person there said they will refund my money within 14business days. I see today they have removed their logo 'Ace Cash Express' from their telephone number that I have saved. I am assuming they don't want to pay me the money they owe to me.
