New phone number today yesterday it was 866-574-9034, today it was 469-856- 8862, same scam. They want you to get on your computer so they can access it and hack it. My husband is an IT manager. He says tell them you have a Apple product which does not have Microsoft Windows on it, I did and the “Chinese” idiot ,Please I don’t mean to be racist, said so I have a blackberry,duhhhh that is a phone, which you wouldn’t put Microsoft Windows on anyway, they think people are that stupid. I was told 2 days in a Row to F*** OFF, then they hung up on me. They said they were going to charge my credit card, I said which one? He wouldn’t answer that, yesterday it took him almost 10 minutes when I asked him what my name is and he kept calling me John, I said I’m a woman my name is not John. Well my debit card has changed quite a few times in the past year, so good luck to them charging me anything. But there main objective is they tell you if you want to cancel open up your computer. DO NOT OPEN YOUR COMPUTER AND GIVE THEM ANY EMAIL INFO! That’s how they hack you. I haven’t purchased any computer programs for $299.00, they try to tell you you did it a couple of years ago, if you don’t want to renew open your computer....that’s the SCAM...do NOT OPEN YOUR COMPUTER
