1 These people are scammers saying they are TK Associates, acting as if they are a law firm hired to prosecute you do to a loan that you have. We do not have a loan. We asked for a validation notice of the debt. They said they could not send us this paperwork to verify the debt without having a prepaid credit card on file. Then they were condescending in asking if we knew how to use a docusign in order to receive the information. Today they called my husband and I again saying that the other had opened the document and had agreed to take care of the loan over the phone and they were calling because each spouse had referred them to the other to receive payment. This was a HUGE lie.Neither of us agreed to this, and the bigger lie, NEITHER of us received a docusign for the validation of debt. DO NOT TELL THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING. KEEP BLOCKING NUMBERS AND IF THEY TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR A REAL DEBT THEY HAVE TO PROVE IT IN COURT. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD.
