2 This place called me stating they are from Bradley & Myers legal offices. Thry want to serve me with summons. They have my address and my ssn#. This concerns me. They claim they have tried to serve me papers but they haven’t. This has been going on for less than a week. They are harassing me terribly for a debt they say I owe from 7+ years ago- which I don’t. This is a scam- I asked for their info( such as physical adddress ) and they refuse to give it to me. They get impatient when I ask and get unprofessional as well. I have looked up the Fair Debt collection practice act” and advised them of my rights. They have crossed the line and called my family members sharing the same information. I am looking into contacting the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. Please let me know if anyone who is reading this has ever really been “served papers “ from this company. Also heard From Rachel- document services- she is the one that called my sibling telling them about this debt which is illegal! Looking up on line and can’t find anything that exists with this company
