1 Some fella named Will with Integrity about Energy Policy expiration (we don't use Integrity Energy). Called yesterday and asked for the person in charge of account, I told him my office manager was unavailable, so he asked for her name so he knew who to ask for next time. Just called again today and asked for office manager by name and cut me off saying "Thanks." ... as if I would just patch him through. When I asked what the call was regarding he rudely exclaimed, "I'll discuss that with the office manager!" He never had the chance - I put him on hold until he hung up :)
